Access is personal and non-transferable. Any attempt to share or resell credentials will result in termination without refund.

Refund Policy
General RuleAll sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
This applies to:
- Videos and digital content
- Strategy documents and guides
- Workshops and trainings
- Consultations (booked or unbooked)
- Campaign services (e.g. Spotify Masterplan, TrackBoost)
- Bundles, packs, offers, or limited-time discounts
We incur advertising, creative and technical costs the moment a product or campaign is purchased.
Refunding after access has started would be unfair and unsustainable. We’re not a software trial.
Digital Content Clause
In compliance with Directive 2011/83/EU, Article M:
“The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium shall not be subject to the right of withdrawal once the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.”
By purchasing and accessing any digital content from Elixir, you waive your right to a refund.
Services That Require Production (NO REFUND ALLOWED)
If you purchase any of the following services, you are waiving your right to cancel once we begin production:
- Any service involving ad creation, video editing or admin job
- Customized content creation or promotion
As soon as our team starts the campaign setup, asset creation, or ad management, the product is considered delivered and cannot be refunded.
Live Sessions / Consulting Calls
If your product includes a live session (e.g. 1:1 consultation, feedback, onboarding), you must book and complete the session within 30 days of purchase.
Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.
Performance Disclaimer
Elixir’s services, products, and strategies are developed from years of experience, deep understanding of the music industry, and the real-world success of artists we work with.
Our role is to provide you with the positioning, tools, and promotional systems used by artists who play and win the game at a professional level.
As with any strategic work, results may vary based on the artist’s own actions, consistency, content quality, market dynamics, and other external factors that are not under our direct control.
While we aim to maximize your exposure and opportunities, the impact of our work will depend on how you implement and sustain it over time.By working with Elixir, you understand that this is not a “magic push” — it’s a serious methodology designed for long-term growth.
Invoices & Billing
Invoices are issued based on the data you provide at the time of purchase.
You are solely responsible for entering correct billing details. Elixir is not liable for omissions or inaccuracies.Invoices are automatically sent by email once the transaction is confirmed.
Right of Access, Rectification and Deletion
